Wi-Fi connection

Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for free. You can also connect in all rooms.

Reception

The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For any reservation inquiries, we are available at +420 737 780 080 or email info@pensionrelax.cz from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Arrivals/ Departures

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Pets

Staying with a pet can be arranged for an additional 400 CZK per night.

Dining

Breakfast is included in the stay price. Dinner (half-board) can be ordered. More information can be found in the “Restaurant” section.

Baby crib

We are happy to provide a baby crib for 200 CZK per stay.

Ski and bike storage

In the winter, every guest can use the ski storage room with a ski boot dryer for free. In the summer season, a bike storage room is available for all cyclists.

Skiing

Pension Relax is located near the Velká Úpa area, 50 meters from the Portášky lift. More information about the Velká Úpa ski area can be found here. Other areas are included in the “Winter Activities” section.

Additional services

Electrical bike rental

From spring to autumn, we offer six electric bikes for rent, available not only to our staying guests. The rental fee is 1000 CZK per day, and a helmet is available for 100 CZK per day. A refundable deposit of 5000 CZK is required, and the electric bikes must be returned by 7:00 PM.

Bowling

Pension Relax offers two bowling lanes, allowing children to play along with their parents. Special bowling shoes are available for rent. The price for bowling is 500 CZK per lane per hour. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 1000 CZK. Children can play independently from the age of 6.KAUTION 1000,- CZK. Kinder können ab 6 Jahren alleine spielen.
