Discounts:
- An extra bed including breakfast is 60 % off the regular price
- Children up to 3 years old are for free (no bed, no breakfast)
- Children from 3 to 13 – 25% off the regular price (not possible to combine with a discount for an extra bed).
- There might be given a % discount to a numerous group of guests who book accommodation through our reservation system
Extra fee:
- Dinner, including soup (adults 5.50€, children up to 13 years old 4€)
- Vacant bed – 50% extra of the regular price
- Pets 4 € per day
- Holidays: Christmas 12 € per person (festive dinner including a toast + Christmas present), New Year´s Eve 20 € per person (New Year´s Eve menu + midnight toast)

Reservation
During the winter season it is possible to make your reservation through our on-line reservation system for one week stay only (start on Saturday). Shorter stays or stays off the winter season are necessary to arrange with a hotel keeper. After sending out an appropriate filled out form with your reservation, our staff will contact you. The reservation is considered to be valid after receiving a payment - 50% of the total value (accommodation plus other services).
In case of not receiving a required deposit we are allowed to cancel your reservation without any other notice.
No cancellation fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled 28 days prior to the arrival.
We will give you back 100% of your deposit. In case the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival, we will give you back 50% of your deposit. In case the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival, we will give you back 25% of your deposit. The deposit will not be given back if the reservation is cancelled later than 168 hours prior to the arrival
The deposit can be transferred to another date only with a permission of the hotel keeper.
In case of not arriving on time (without any given notice to our hotel stuff regarding a later arrival) the reservation will be cancelled and a client loses all his deposit. Then the accommodation will be offered to somebody else. An additional charge will be claimed till the next day after the arrival.
